1. Agave After Dark

• 1 ounce of spicy smoky agave syrup
• 1 ounce of lime juice
• 1 3/4 ounces of silver tequila

*Shake with ice then pour over ice and add jalapeño slice as garnish

2. Midtown Mule

• 1/2 ounce of lime juice
• 3/4 ounce of jet fuel (fresh ginger syrup)
• 1 3/4 ounces of vodka

*Shake briefly with ice then pour over ice and top with 1 ounce of soda

3. Bee's Nest

• 1 3/4 ounces of Irish whiskey
• 1 dash of angostura
• 1/4 ounce of honey syrup

*Stir over ice and add 1/4 of an orange wheel as garnish

4. Prosecco Punch

• 1 1/2 ounces of Ketel One
• 2 ounces of strawberry lemonade

*Top with cava, prosecco, or champagne and add strawberry as garnish

5. The Beat Meister

• 1 1/2 ounces Jagermeister
• 1 ounce of fresh pink grapefruit juice
• 1/2 ounce of simple syrup

*Shake and strain all ingredients over ice, top with grapefruit soda and add 1/2 grapefruit wheel as a garnish
