Ah, it's that time of year, folks!

You know, the time of year when Billboard announces last year's highest-paid musicians as we sit at our desks and wonder why we're not out touring the world and selling overpriced merch to sobbing fans at sold out arenas.

Hey, don't feel too bad for yourself. If anything, this list should serve as motivation to strive for greatness (or pick up a microphone).

According to Billboard's 40-person list of the music industry's highest-paid acts, not one rapper made it onto the top 10 despite all of the flashy luxury cars, diamond-encrusted accessories and lavish mansions depicted in their music videos.

So, this leaves us to wonder: who did make Billboard's top 10 money-makers of 2015 list?

Keep in mind, total revenue reported includes earnings from four different departments - record sales, streaming rights, publishing and touring.

Here's a hint: Number one is an absolute no-brainer.

Here's another hint: She fell off a treadmill while rapping Drake lyrics but doesn't care because she's super-f*cking-rich.

Check out the 10 artists who earned the most money in 2015 below!
