Over the last year, we at Elite Daily have been watching Steelos grow. Steelos is a unique online shop for men with a finger on the pulse of NYC, and it doesn't look like any other shopping site we've ever seen.
The site sells many popular brands, mixing high-fashion and street wear, while sticking to its NY roots and supporting emerging companies that are making their own waves. Steelos also sells private label items and exclusive collaborations.
Steelos has a popular blog with both original content and sourced articles, to create a lifestyle forum rich with culture and education about the topics that make men move - street style, art, high fashion, music, nightlife, cars, women, and home decor.
Recently, Steelos has been seen all over NY and LA with its clever #mysteelo guerrilla marketing campaign: their wheatpaste posters with anecdotes about style, and popular footprint stamps can be seen all over Instagram when you search #mysteelo.
The site also has a very cool #mysteelo interview series, featuring a new style influencer each week. With designers like Rob Garcia from EN NOIR, DJs like Mel Debarge, Pro BMX rider Nigel Sylvester, and popular bloggers Street Etiquette, the series profiles some of New York's biggest fashion and style influencers.
We talked with a representative from Steelos who let us know they have social features launching on the site, along with tons of new brands on deck, in the coming months.
For the guy looking to check out cool style content, or shop a great curation of everything from dope snapbacks to handmade Italian shoes to full suiting, check out our friends over at Steelos.com.
