Fashion Vigilantes Drive Around And Cut Off Hipsters' Man Buns (Video)

Over the past year or so, I've watched what can only be described as a "man-bun epidemic" sweep across the world with a ferocity that hasn't been seen since the Black Plague.

I personally don't have anything against people wearing their hair in a ridiculous-looking style -- in fact, I rely on them to make me feel better about having a beard, living in Brooklyn and frequently wearing Carhartt beanies because I could be so much more insufferable.

However, the members of comedy team Derick Watts & The Sunday Blues are not fans of the man bun.

They decided to dole out some justice in South Africa by tracking down people with the hairstyle and liberating them with a quick snip of the scissors.

You can criticize the perpetrators for the hipster-on-hipster crimes they committed, but I like to think the victims will probably just embrace their revised look and usher in a new era of ridiculous hairstyles.

In reality, these guy probably did them a favor.
