The First Lady went on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" and danced alongside the talk show host as only a mother could.

Fallon and Mrs. Obama captured the essence of mom dancing by performing moves such as the "One Move Behind In Zumba Class" and the "Trying To Start A Conga Line."

It was a funny bit meant to raise awareness for Mrs. Obama's Let's Move! campaign. It may also make you want to dance like a mom.
