Approximately half of horror movies involve an unsuspecting family moving into a haunted house, but we typically don't get to see how they got there in the first place.

You can certainly inherit a spooky mansion from a great uncle you didn't know you had, but I'd assume most people would rely on a realtor to find a place.

I don't know if the unsuspecting real estate agents in this clip would have tried to sell this house after discovering it's currently inhabited by a poltergeist, but based on my experience, they would have just called it "character."
