A few weeks back we announced that Target and Neiman Marcus would be collaborating on a huge Holiday 2012 collection. A collection of this magnitude, which was made possible by the combined efforts of 24 big name designers, was sure to have a big name fronting the ads.

Karlie Kloss, the nineteen-year-old American model, will be the face of the Target x Neiman Marcus collaboration. Kloss is a huge name in modeling with her resume including advertisements for Jean Paul Gaultier, Dolce & Gabbana, Barneys New York, Topshop, and Christian Dior to name a few. You may recognize Kloss as the face of Marc Jacobs’ popular fragrance Lola. Quentin Jones has been hired to design the campaign.

Target’s spokesman said the ads “engage consumers and makes them want to see more, the campaign is designed to drive excitement, fuel buzz and curiosity around the Dec. 1 launch. It’s very comprehensive and robust and will include all mediums with unique elements specially designed for online, print, out of home, TV and social media.”
