JINGLE BELLS, JINGLE BELLS, JINGLE ALL THE WAY. OH, WHAT FUN IT IS TO RIDE IN A ONE-HORSE OPEN SLEIGH, HEY!
All right, so at this point half of you are probably cursing me out in your head, and the other half are singing along.
I'm fine with both reactions. It's whatever to me, but if you're still on this page, then be prepared to be put in the Christmas spirit.
Christmas is my favorite holiday ever (can you tell?!), and I'm beyond excited for it to be here. It's only two months away, so I don't think it's too crazy to start planning your holiday playlists. "All I Want for Christmas Is You," anybody?!
Some people don't like decorating or even talking about Christmas until December. Clearly, I'm not one of them.
I do realize we have two major holidays coming up before then, so there still is a lot to look forward to. Halloween is great because you can dress up and eat candy, and Thanksgiving rocks because mashed potatoes and pie.
BUTTTTTTT, if you still can't get your mind off Santa Claus and presents, then how about we combine the holidays to make the best of both worlds?
Listen to this. People are actually decorating Halloween Christmas trees, and they're totally badass.
Yup, you read that right. People are whipping out their trees a couple of months early and decking them out with Halloween ornaments.
Instead of snowflakes and angels, people are adding skulls and pumpkins. Instead of baby Jesus and candy canes, say hello to spiders and eyeballs.
Just take a look at some of these Halloween Christmas trees. They're absolutely incredible (and terrifying).
You can really get creative with them. Replace a sparkling star with a witches hat.
Add cobwebs to give it a little something extra.
You can even give it a theme, like "The Nightmare Before Christmas" or another spooky movie.
GO ALL OUT, CHRISTMAS AND HALLOWEEN LOVERS! THIS IS YOUR TIME TO SHINE!
Well, I guess I know what I'm doing next weekend. Thanks for feeding my Christmas obsession, Instagram! Party City, I'm coming for ya.
Happy Halloween, merry Christmas and to all a good night.
