YouTuber styropyro carved a little hole in the Internet for himself by crafting homemade lasers built out of broken or scrap electronics.

For example, in 2013, he created a homemade lightsaber that was equal parts impressive and terrifying.

This time, styropyro built a 40-watt laser shotgun, and it looks like something out of a comic book.

During the nearly two-minute video, that thing sets a lot of stuff on fire.

While watching this video, it seems like styropyro is the kind of guy who attempts to become a superhero's sidekick, is scorned by the superhero and then spends his life vowing to destroy all of Gotham or something.
