Artist Uses Glow-In-The-Dark Paint To Create Amazing Scenes On Walls (Photos)
Turning off the lights doesn't always have to be a bad thing.
As someone who isn't afraid of the dark, that's easy for me to say. But for others, night lights are still a thing.
What if there were a way to make night lights actually look cool? If you consider Bogi Fabian's art a night light, then there is a way!
The Austria-based artist uses her painting skills to illustrate vibrant, glow-in-the-dark portraits that illuminate the room when the lights turn off. The only thing that remains on is a black light.
Leave the rest up to Fabian!
In a recent article Fabian published on Bored Panda, she reveals,
I am trying to create dreamful atmospheres, paint walls and floors and manage to enlighten my art with and without a source of energy.
Check out the photos below for a closer look at some of her most recent work.
Fabian uses her artistic skills to illustrate vivid murals across the walls.
These aren't just any old murals, though. The Austria-based artist creates glow-in-the-dark murals that illuminate the room once the lights are turned off.
"My goal is to create unique spaces and rooms, giving them an identity and a soul, where relaxing and living become an experience," she revealed on Bored Panda.
If you're looking to change the entire vibe of your room, here's an idea!
First, Fabian hand-paints the murals with the lights on.
Once she's done, she turns the lights off, leaving the room illuminated by a black light.
The results are pretty awesome!
As a matter of fact, they make your current room look boring.
Who wouldn't want to wake up in a rain forest in outer space?!
Or maybe you're more of a jungle person.
Fabian can recreate just about any type of environment right on the walls of your room.
You'd swear the painted props were real.
If you're not into landscapes, Fabian can also create fine glow-in-the-dark art, too.
If that's not enough, she can also recreate iconic fairytale scenes!
