Artist Cleverly Combines Magazine Covers With Famous Paintings (Photos)

These days, magazine covers are seen a couple of times and then quickly forgotten as they get lost in the cycle.

Fortunately, for those of us who appreciate a visually appealing art every once in a while, Philippines-based artist Eisen Bernardo came up with a unique way to make these covers last forever.

Bernardo created the Mag + Art series that features your favorite celebrities and world leaders edited onto classic paintings from the past. The results? They're pretty awesome.

As a matter of fact, if Bernardo created prints for these, it'd probably be slightly more awesome than hanging up a picture of an old painting in your apartment!
