15 Off-The-Beaten-Path Travel Destinations To Visit This Summer (Photos)

By

When it comes to traveling, it's important to think big.

After all, if you're going to spend all of that money on hotels and airfare, you might as well see new things.

I mean, who would want to constantly visit the same three or four major cities over and over again? There's more to the world than just that!

Fortunately, our friends over at Tumblr were able to put together a concise list of 15 unique travel destinations you should at least think about visiting this Summer.

Clearly trips to these destinations are going to cost you a bit more than it would to lie out in South Beach for a weekend or two.

But the collective amount you'd spend on two to three trips per year could book you a stay close to the Glowworm caves of Waitomo in North Island, New Zealand.

Now there's a place you don't have buried in your Instagram posts!

Check out the photos below for a closer look.
