On Monday, Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her 37th birthday.

The eldest Kardashian, of course, celebrated in style with sister Kim, pal Jonathan Cheban and Kim's hubby, Kanye West, by partying down in Iceland.

One person who didn't appear to be on the guest list? That would be Kourtney's ex, Scott Disick.

Instead of celebrating with the mother of his children, Disick, instead, had to wish her a happy birthday from afar, and he did so by posting this super sexy throwback pic of the two kissing in the ocean.

Disick posted the photo with the caption,

Looks like someone is regretting that breakup.
