Miley Cyrus Went Undercover To See How People Really Feel About Her

During the writers' meeting for Wednesday's episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” I like to imagine Miley Cyrus bounded into the room with pizza for everyone and said,

Hey guys! Just wanna mention I can do a halfway-decent Australian accent!

The writers rejoiced and in that moment, Australian reporter Janet was born.

In a segment of Jimmy Kimmel's running gag series “I Witness News,” Cyrus masqueraded as an Australian reporter visiting LA to cover the MTV Video Music Awards.

As the singer interviewed passersby as her alter ego about her regular ego, at least one seemed to recognize Cyrus possibly by her trademark husky voice and hand tattoos.

One man who is NOT a Miley fan was duped into giving the pop star, and America, some advice.

He said,

The whole fabric of America's falling apart and she's not doing anything to try to keep it together.

Damn straight, Miley. When are your songs finally going to reflect the important changes in public policy that will make this country great again? Obama needs you.
