It Looks Like Kourtney Kardashian And Lindsay Lohan Are BFFs Again

Kourtney Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan had the ultimate BFF night out together in London.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star found her long lost twin at Restaurant Ours on Wednesday night.  The last time I heard about Kourtney and Linsday hanging out, it was at Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' wedding in 2011.

I guess a BFF date was long overdue.

Lindsay's rumored fiancé, Egor Tarabasov, was there too, but it looks like he was the one third-wheeling.

Kourtney and Lindsay added several pics to social media throughout the night and you have to see them.

It looks like Kourtney had a pretty solid visit. She also added a video of her standing in front of some British flags.
