In honor of Jennifer Aniston's 47th birthday today, it's only right to reflect on what a power figure she has been in Hollywood over the last couple of decades.

She has strolled the Hollywood scene with her head held high in the face of adversity, as well as in the face of everyday life.

Here are just a few of the many reasons why she's the most admirable woman in Hollywood.

She's well-rounded.

Jennifer Aniston once said in a Vanity Fair interview,

The women that inspire me are the ones who have careers and children; why would I want to limit myself? I've always wanted to have children, and I would never give up that experience for a career. I want to have it all.

Jennifer's life mantra is inspiring to say the very least. She doesn't confine herself to one role as a woman.

She believes she can be the housewife as well as the driven, business woman clutching a soy-milk latte and taking Hollywood by the horns. That's just damn commendable.

She's had her heart broken…a lot.

Jennifer Aniston has gone through some serious front-page heartbreak.

Brad Pitt pretty much publicly ripped her heart out, then stomped on it repeatedly.

She knows what's up when it comes to the ups and downs of love. But the most admirable aspect of that is the way she emerged from sh*tty situations.

She isn't coined as the “crazy ex-girlfriend.” She didn't shave all her hair off in the midst of an erratic breakdown and she didn't take to Twitter to air out her grievances.

She handled all her f*ckboys with class and composure. We could all learn a thing or two from her strength.

Plus, Jennifer Aniston kissed (and divorced) a lot of frogs before she found her prince, proving that maybe there's still hope for the rest of us.

She's down to earth.

Despite the fact that she's a renowned and respected celebrity, Jennifer Aniston is down to earth.

In 2012, Chelsea Handler, the brutally-honest comedian, told The Daily Mail:

Jennifer Aniston is the most down to earth person I know.

Not that we should all take Chelsea's word for it, but she is known for her lack of sugar-coating.

Jennifer Aniston's reputation may be riddled with rumors of her failed relationships, but she is not known as a diva.

In fact, most people that have worked with her can be quoted as saying how in-tune with reality she really is.

Success can be damaging to some people. It is easy to allow your ego to get bigger than your actual talent, but Jennifer Aniston has proven that some people, despite the fact they've accomplished a great deal, just like to keep it real.

This is a quality that is both admirable, and truly rare in today's society. But think about it: If THE Rachel Green can remain humble, shouldn't we all be able to?

She's 47 and she's still a 10.

Jennifer Aniston is 47 and she's still a dime. She looks better than some of the 20-year-olds in the spotlight.

She doesn't look inflamed and distorted from plastic surgery. She doesn't allow the pressures of Hollywood to detract her from maintaining her health.

The way she takes care of herself is just another reason she is a notable role model.

Overall, Jennifer Aniston's outlook on life is something that everyone could learn from. She carries herself with grace, she's knowledgeable, she's collected and even though she's taken Hollywood by storm, she's remained grounded.

Happy birthday Jennifer. Thank you for being a role model for us every single day.
