HBO Sends 'Sopranos' Characters To Collect Money For Its New Service

by Adam Pliskin

HBO just launched a new online component, HBO Now, its standalone streaming service. And one man, Jake Caputo, has been waiting a long time for this day.

Back in 2012, Jake created the Takemymoneyhbo.com campaign to find out how much people were willing to pay for HBO service that didn't require a cable subscription. The response was overwhelming.

Finally, three years later, HBO answered Jake's prayers, and it didn't forget about his badgering. So HBO decided to send in some of Tony Soprano's goons to "take care of" Jake.

The results will make you want to binge watch "The Sopranos" on HBO Now right away.
