There's one condition before I tell you about Mandy Moore wanting to make "A Walk to Remember" reunion happen...

Now that that's out of the way, let me fill you in.

Mandy Moore has been doing some promotion for her new show "This Is Us," but she recently revealed that she had just gotten in touch with Shane West.

On top of that, they both want the cast and crew to get together for a reunion.

Moore told People at the PaleyFest Fall TV Preview,

I feel like we should get together with as much of the cast that is around and see if we can finagle a social media picture or something like that.

I need this to happen. Moore, West, please make this happen because...

But think of the timing! The movie, which was one of Nicholas Sparks' first novels to tear my heart out and throw it on the floor, will be celebrating it's 15th anniversary in January.

You know, in the book Sparks didn't really say Jamie died. He left that up to the reader.

So really, we could all collectively ignore the end of the movie and Moore and West can finally make a sequel where they're happily married until they both die of old age, right? RIGHT?!

As much as I loved "A Walk to Remember" when it came out in 2002, I personally prefer the straight to laserdisc classic, "A Stroll to Never Forget."

Wait. Why are you looking at me like that?
