Follow these diet rules and YOU WILL BECOME KHLOÉ KARDASHIAN.

JK, you won't ever be exactly like Khloé.

DNA won't allow it, and until mutants become a thing you're just going to have to settle for not being Khloé K.

You can however do your best to be exactly like her from a gastric standpoint thanks to a recent post on her website outlining the 10 things she makes sure to always have on hand in her kitchen.

1. Fresh Vegetables

She doesn't just keep any veggies in her fridge. She makes sure to keep "[g]ood, hardy vegetables like broccolini, asparagus, spinach and bell peppers" on hand.

2. CANS OF ALBACORE TUNA

Khloé writes on her site,

This is the ideal emergency food for those 'Oops I don't have any meat to cook for dinner or lunch' moments. You can use a can of tuna in salad or over veggies. It's an ideal source of high quality, low-fat protein. Make sure to buy the cans that are in water not oil, and if you're concerned about the sodium content, just rinse it in water before eating.

3. Eggs

For Khloé, eggs are great because of how versatile they are. They not only have a great shelf life, but can also be used as a snack or main meal.

4. Fresh Fruit

This one is a pretty basic health tip. Come on, Khloé! GIVE US DEM GOOD TIPS!

5. SQUEEZABLE FRUIT PACKETS

BOOOOM! THERE WE ARE! Khloé says,

This are a tasty alternative to fresh fruit if you're on-the-go. They have an awesome shelf life and don't rot or bruise like whole fruits.

6. Tortilla Wraps

According to her site, this is the perfect alternative to a starch option during a meal. Also, pugs can wear them as face yarmulkas.

7. Olive Oil

According to the post,

This is my first choice for low-heat cooking. Olive oil is always a great salad dressing choice combined with red wine vinegar, lemon and a bit of dijon mustard.

8. Almonds Or Almond Butter

Khloé is a massive fan of nature's version of deez nuts.

9. Chicken And Fish.

Next time you're in the meat section at your local grocery store, put yourself in Khloé's shoes. Get boneless chicken and fatty fish like sea bass, salmon or black cod.

10. Glass Storage Containers

Don't eat the glass. Like, just put food in it. You get it.
