Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Kate Upton has what one might call the perfect swimsuit body.
The 24-year-old model recently revealed via her Instagram account she's on the cover of the 2017 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. It's the third time Kate Upton has received this honor, and for anyone with eyes, it's not hard to see why.
To caption the above photo, Upton wrote,

Let's focus on the last portion of the 24-year-old model's caption, where she talks about "shape and size."
Kate Upton recently opened up about the workout routine and diet she uses in order to get and maintain that perfect swimsuit body, and you're going to want to pay attention to what she had to say.
Speaking on her routine, Upton said,
I found a training plan that really works for my body. I love feeling strong, and strength training has really changed my body.
Apparently, for Upton, a regular workout starts with some foam rolling, lunges and stretching.
After her warm-up, Kate Upton performs a circuit workout focussed on strength training.
So, what does strength training consist of? Well, according to reports, Upton does TRX rows, single-leg Romanian deadlifts and weighted hip thrusts.
The key is not resting in between sets, which allows her workout to have a cardio benefit, too.
Kate Upton reportedly works out up to six days a week with her trainer Ben Bruno. Speaking on the training program he designed, Bruno said,
One of they key tenets of my program is progressive overload. We do slow increases over time, so you build gradually. It's important to always strive to be better, whether that's with more weights or reps or moving to a harder exercise. With Kate we do all three at different points, so we've gradually built up.
I mean, this sure seems to be working for Kate Upton, right???
Speaking on Kate Upton, Bruno said,
She's insanely strong. Stronger than a lot of athletes I train!
Speaking on her diet, the 24-year-old SI model said,
On the diet front, I've learned balance. For example, rather than having wine and doughnuts, you can have wine or doughnuts.
