Well, contrary to what you might think, she doesn't get her eternal youthful look from bathing in the blood of virgins, which is a relief because I'm pretty sure that involves a number of crimes.
In a recent interview with Your Fitness, JLo revealed the secret fitness regimen she uses to stay fit at the age of 47 years young,
I love the way working out makes me feel, so I try to keep my body hydrated and well rested after every workout so I'm ready to hit it hard again the next day. I drink plenty of water, fuel my body with healthy foods and make it a priority to get eight hours of sleep a night. I also love to relax with my kids after a workout and share a healthy snack with them.
So far the only action I do from JLo's regimen is sleep.
OK, I'm halfway there! Now, I just have to find away to "love" working out.
That is, if my heart can ever love anything as much Jennifer (call me).
But the real question is how do you stave off those late night munchies, Jen?
