Get Rich Or Die Trying: 50 Cent Officially Files For Bankruptcy

Bad news for one of rap's biggest names: 50 Cent filed for bankruptcy.

The rapper reportedly filed for chapter 11 in a bankruptcy court in Hartford, Connecticut.

Apparently, 50 owes between $10,000,000 and $50,000,000.

This news comes as something of a shock as 50, real name Curtis Jackson, had a successful music and film career as well as prosperous outside ventures like Street King energy drink.

It seems 50 Cent was prompted to file after he was ordered to pay $5,000,000 to a woman who sued him in regards to a sex tape.
