Cameron Diaz sat down with Women's Health to share how she lives her best life.

Not only is she on the cover of the magazine's April issue, but she also is the co-author of a new book, "The Longevity Book: The Science of Aging, the Biology of Strength, and the Privilege of Time."

The 43-year-old star let us all in on some secrets and lessons she has for women of all ages. If you're in your 20s, Cameron said you should pay attention to one important thing.

She told Women's Health,

Bone mass is really important in your [20s]— after that, we don't build much bone anymore. So your [20s] are your best chance to build bone through nutrition, physical activity, and strength training.

You got that? If you're still in your 20s, be sure to hit up that gym and do some weights to build up those BONES.

Also, drink some milk, probably. At least, that's what the commercials tell me.

Thanks for the advice, Cam. We'll be strong, old ladies because of you.
