Amy Schumer's Amazing Nude Pic Proves She Is The Realest Person Ever

By

Amy Schumer has been considered the role model of our generation because of her raw honesty, sense of humor and ability to always keep things real.

She's also used her fame to shed light on several issues that matter to her, like self-acceptance and body confidence.

That's why it's not too surprising Schumer posed nude for the new Pirelli Calendar.

The Pirelli Calendar has always been known to highlight the sexuality of famous models. Last year's calendar featured Adriana Lima and Gigi Hadid, for example, and it was considered very NSFW.

The 2016 edition, however, will feature portraits of a wide variety of influential women. Schumer sits among many other accomplished women such as Serena Williams, Yoko Ono, Fran Lebowitz and Patti Smith.

Photographer Annie Leibovitz was in charge of the shoot and cast the women for each month.

She's also carrying a Starbucks cup. Yeah, it's badass AF.

When discussing the fact that Schumer is one of the only women to pose naked for the shoot, Leibovitz said,

She got the whole concept completely. She's so bright. She was willing to play that role. I was worried for her, I said 'Are you self-conscious?' [Amy] said, 'Are you kidding? I love my body.'

Let's also pay tribute to a few of the other stunning images, like this shot of Serena Williams.

Agnes Gund and Sadie Rain-Hope Gund posed together, and it's absolutely breathtaking. https://instagram.com/p/-tyTO6Iv-D/embed/

Although these are just a few of the many women who posed for the calendar, it's enough to show this year's shoot is quite different from anything Pirelli shared before.

It's time to embrace our curves and edges and let everyone know beauty expands far beyond a woman's measurements.
