5 Things You Should Make Your Girlfriend Do Other Than Moan

by Paul Hudson

Sex is an important part of any healthy relationship. We all have a carnal thirst that we very much enjoy quenching. And intense physical attraction builds many relationships. The better the sex, the more we hunger for the person.

But great sex does not make the relationship. There’s a whole lot more to it than that, I’m afraid. (I will say that having great sex makes it easier to keep both parties happy -- especially when it comes to women.)

It’s no secret that women aren’t the easiest to please sexually. I'm speaking comparatively, of course. Men are much easier to satisfy. While women can experience different depths and heights of pleasure, men experience a steady rise followed by a rapid descent.

It's no surprise that women aren't used to being completely satisfied. For one thing, she needs to be in a particular mindset. And that happens only when you two are bonded.

It's the bond that matters most. Without a strong enough bond or connection, your relationship simply won't last. Making her breathe and moan heavily is certainly a goal. But it's not the only one. Here are a few more.

1. You should make her miss you.

If she loves you, she'll miss you. How else do you know it's love? You want the woman who loves you to think about you throughout the day -- just as you do for her.

The thing is, missing someone can't happen if you don't have your space. She will not miss you if you're always there, smothering her and trying to take as much in as possible. I know that you want to do that, but refrain yourself.

You need her to keep missing you, and you need to keep missing her. The only way to do that is to have your own time and space. You need to live your separate lives.

No matter how much you want to become one with each other, you'll always be two people. And, to be completely frank, it's much better this way. It's really the only way to do it.

2. You should make her smile as regularly as possible.

She should light up whenever she sees you, gets a text from you or thinks of you. That’s how every woman should love her man. It’s your job to make her react this way. You have to figure out how to make her this happy. The only way to do that is to know her on a deep level.

You need to know the person she is. And that person is very different from what she shows the world. She shares her true self only with the people closest to her.

You need to build trust. Without it, you’ll never get to know her. And if you never get to know her, you’ll never make her smile the way she wants.

3. You should make her nervous.

We all hate having butterflies in our stomach. We hate the sweaty palms and racing heart. They're not the most pleasant physiological experiences. At least, you think this until you realize that it's what happens when you're in love.

This anxiety tends to die as the relationship progresses, but it doesn’t need to. You should always be trying to be your best for each other. You should try to impress each other and be the partner that the other deserves.

You don’t need to have a panic attack every time you get ready for a date, but you should be really, really excited.

4. You should make her confident.

It's not that she's not capable of developing confidence on her own. But as her partner, you should give her the extra confidence she feels she lacks. From time to time, we're all insecure. That's human. Life is full of surprises, and we don't like making mistakes or screwing up.

You need to be her rock, her biggest fan, her cheerleader. You guys are a team and need to act as one. If you’re one of those guys who likes to destroy a woman’s confidence, I'm sure you'll end up alone and miserable. So I'm not worried -- you'll get yours.

5. You should make her hopeful.

You should make her look forward to how far the relationship will go. She should look forward to a happy and exciting life with someone who might be her soulmate.

After all, life is rough, and people aren't partnering up just to reproduce. They want to make life less difficult, painful and lonely.

Life has a way of throwing sh*t our way. Finding hope isn’t always easy. Believing that things will get better isn’t always possible on your own. That’s why you have each other.

You need to make each other believe that everything will be okay. You know that as long as you have each other, the rest doesn’t really matter.
