Sex is good for a plethora of things. Pleasure, exercise, it acts as a stress reliever and of course, keeps the chemistry alive. Now, research is proving that sex may help with another aspect of your life: your headaches.
A report that was just published by the journal of the International Headache Society (no, this is not made up), said that one in five migraine sufferers were completely cured of their pain after sex. More than half said that they at least felt much better, if not completely cured, post-sex.
Scientists believe that this may be due to the endorphins that are released during sex. Endorphins are after all, your bodies’ natural painkillers.
