Khloé Kardashian is no stranger to keeping things sex-ay. Maybe she's a little optimistic, but she thinks we can all do the same.

Her advice? Keep the excitement alive by going on actual dates with your SO, whether you're rounding on year two or welcoming your tenth grandchild. Khloé wrote,

I've been in a couple of long-term relationships, and there's one thing I've learned: Never stop dating!!! That might sound weird, but it's so important to actually DATE your husband or wife.

That being said, you don't need to make reservations at some swanky bistro every Friday night.
