Ever wondered if your interests had an effect on the sort of guys you attract?
Well, a new study conducted by a newer dating app called Hater just conducted a survey of their users to see how our interests affect our perceived attractiveness.
They found the top 10 interests their least attractive female users shared in common and the 10 interests their most attractive female users had in common.
Obviously, beauty will always be in the eye of the beholder, so how did they figure out who's the "least" and "most" attractive?
Well, they deemed the top 10 percent of users who had the most people swipe right on them as the "most attractive" while the bottom 10 percent of people who had the most people swipe left on them were deemed the "least attractive."
OBVIOUSLY, I'd just like to make it clear here that you can still attract plenty of dudes and like WHATEVER THE HECK IT IS THAT YOU LIKE. And even more OBVIOUSLY, if a dude rejects you based on what you like, then BYE TO HIM.
At the end of the day, this is just a study that showed the correlation between liking certain things and getting more right swipes.
Now, check out these findings and see if your interests align with the most or the least ~attractive~ group of LADIEZ:
These are the top 10 likes of the women who most people swiped LEFT on:
1. Pubic hair
2. Long shorts
3. Bald heads
4. Dad bods
5. Fan fiction
6. Empty bars
7. "Live, laugh, love"
9. "Rocky Horror Picture Show"
OMG, TIME TO THROW THAT "LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE" POSTER OUT OF YOUR WINDOW AND HOPE IT LANDS IN A TRASH BIN FILLED WITH GASOLINE THAT YOU CAN SET FIRE TO.
Also, what's so bad about an empty bar? You've got room to dance AND you can actually hear the people talking to you. SMH, haters.
These are the top 10 likes of the women who most people swiped RIGHT on:
2. Yacht Week
3. Hot weather
4. Bella Hadid
5. Fetty Wap
6. The club
7. Shaved privates
8. John Mayer
9. Pranking others
OK, so it looks like hot girls tend to be partying on their yachts, while dressed in their thong bikinis, bumping Fetty Wap and posting all their silly yacht pranks on their Snapchat stories. (Honestly, that doesn't sound too far off, does it?)
Obviously, I shouldn't have to say this but YOU SHOULD JUST LIKE WHAT YOU LIKE. Even though I told you to throw your "Live, Laugh, Love" poster out a window and hope it lands in a bin full of gasoline that you can set fire to, if you really like that poster, KEEP IT.
Yourself, weird interests and all, is always the best thing you can be.
