This Guy Proved You Can Totally Win Your Tinder Match's Heart With A Solid Pun

I am a sucker for a good pun. Seriously. I love them. In fact, here's a picture of me executing one of the greatest puns of all time.

Needless to say, I am also a sucker for a guy who can come up with a good pun — like the way Reddit user microwave_oven did. My being in a relationship has sort of gotten in the way of the whole being-on-dating-apps thing for me, but let me just say that back in my day, I would have gone nuts for a well-executed pun from a Tinder match.

So obviously when this guy used his tinder match's name as a pun — twice — I totally got why his Tinder match was all over it.

Ha, get it?! Her name is MEAGHAN. So microwave_oven went with a classic me-a-ghan joke, you know, because it sounds like me... again. Lol. And all you pun-hating meanies out there can't even throw any shade on him. Why? Because MEAGHAN WAS INTO IT.

She was so into it that, obviously, our boy microwave_oven had to make the joke again.

People on Reddit were not quite loving the fact that he made the same joke twice.

But some of them still couldn't help but hop on the whole pun bandwagon.

Here's to hoping microwave_oven scores a date with this girl, and that their first date is just as beautifully cringeworthy and filled with puns as this exchange is.
