Jack Harlow had quite the night at the 2022 BET Awards. After performing “Poison” with Lil Wayne, he surprised everyone by bringing out Brandy for a remix of his hit song, “First Class.”
It all started on May 11 when Harlow failed to recognize Brandy’s 1998 song “Angel In Disguise” during an interview with Hot 97's Ebro in the Morning. He also admitted to not knowing Brandy and Ray J are siblings.
In response to Harlow’s comments, Brandy tweeted, “I will murk this dude in rap at 43 on his own beats and then sing is ass to sleep.” Later that day, she reassured everyone she was just joking.
According to Billboard, Brandy continued their fake “beef” by debuting a remix to “First Class” on May 25 that included the lyrics, “Allow me to reintroduce myself / My name is world-famous, one of the greatest.”
