Aries: A Textured Lob

A dramatic lob is perfect for the fiery and expressive Aries. “A lob is so playful but intentional,” says Ramos. “By getting a textured lob, you add more movement and personality to the haircut.”

Taurus: Long Curtain Bangs

Since Tauruses aren’t too keen on altering their routines, a set of long, curtain bangs will allow them to dip their toes in something new, while still sticking to what feels comfortable.

Gemini: A Wispy Shag Cut

Geminis are free-spirited and fashion-forward, so Ramos thinks they’ll gravitate towards a wispy shag cut. This edgy cut can be styled in many different ways, so it’s a great fit for an inherently experimental sign like Gemini.

Cancer: A Chin-Length Bob

According to Querisma, a chin-length bob is “edgier than a classic bob, putting full focus on the face,” making it the ideal new haircut for expressive and emotive Cancer.

Leo: The Micro Pixie

To enhance Leo’s addicting aura, Querisma recommends trying a micro pixie cut in the new year. “This high-impact look is perfect for the confident girl who wants to keep her hair routine easy,” she says.

Virgo: The Modern Twiggy

Virgos love looking put together and can achieve that with a modern twiggy cut. Ramos describes this style as a fresh take on a super-polished classic. “By adding more texture throughout the cut, it becomes wearable for the super fashion-forward guy or gal,” says Ramos.

Libra: Soft Fringe

“Soft fringe is a light and feathery take on traditional bangs,” says Ramos. “Although bangs take effort, this style delivers a totally effortless look.” Appearing effortless and incredibly cool? Definitely sounds like Libra.

Scorpio: A Tapered Cut

Querisma describes this bold cut as “a sultry take on a men's fade that leaves the top and front fuller for a softer look,” making it perfect for alluring Scorpio.

Sagittarius: Wolf Cut

Texture is the key component of this cut that’s ideal for daring Sagittarians. “The wolf cut is not a shag or a mullet. It has short layers on top with long choppy layers on the sides and back with a disconnection that gives it that modern feel,” says Wiley.

Capricorn: The Mixie

Capricorns focus on the hustle and will likely prefer a cut that doesn’t require much effort. Enter the Mixie. This mix of mullet and pixie has “a ‘60s mod vibe and is incredibly low maintenance,” explains Wiley.

Aquarius: A Pixie Bob

Aquarians are rebels at heart, but can also be indecisive, which makes the versatile pixie bob a great fit for the air sign. It delivers the edginess of a pixie cut without the commitment of an ultra-short cut.

Pisces: Face-Framing Layers

A layered cut that frames the shape of the face in gentle waves is most suited for the mysterious mind of a Pisces.
