Witch’s Finger Matcha Shake

Where: Coasters Diner

The Witch’s Finger Matcha Shake features a green tea base, whipped cream, sprinkles, and drizzles of strawberry sauce Despite its eerie appearance, the witch’s finger is actually a piece of almond shortbread.

It’s Alive Rice Krispie Treats

Where: Grizzly Creek Lodge and Charleston Circle Coffee

This snack is modeled after Frankenstein’s monster with yellow and white eyes made out of pressed sugar and silver marshmallows for the neck plugs. The creature’s crooked smile and black hair are made out of chocolate ganache.

Halloween Sushi Crab Roll

Where: Boardwalk BBQ

While this Halloween sushi roll looks like giant pieces of candy corn, it’s an optical illusion. The crab and cream cheese-based roll is covered with crispy orange tempura, then wrapped in a yellow soy crepe. It’s served with a sweet dipping sauce and pieces of candy corn.
