5. PLL Season 5 Special “We Love You To DeAth”

This special during PLL Season 5 wasn’t *bad*, but it also wasn’t a classic Halloween episode. Instead, this spooky special was a BTS conversation with the cast. It was technically Halloween-themed, but it just wasn’t the same.

4. PLL Season 4, Episode 13 “Grave New World”

Although this episode gets major points for revealing Alison is alive, it lacks true Halloween flair and wastes a lot of time setting up Caleb’s spinoff show, Ravenswood.

3. Original Sin Season 1, Episode 5 “The Night He Came Home”

This Halloween episode included a wild party, an empowering confrontation, and even an “A” murder. It packed a punch while giving off perfect cozy vibes, just like all the best PLL Halloween episodes.

2. Season 2, Episode 13 “The First Secret”

This iconic ep is a flashback, with all the girls together before Ali disappeared. There’s a party, a dangerous prank, and very wild costumes (including *that* Lady Gaga wig), making it almost the best Halloween episode of them all.

1. Season 3, Episode 13 “This is ‘A’ Dark Ride”

The most iconic PLL Halloween ep follows the Liars on a “ghost train” that hosts an Adam Lambert performance and several masked villains. The outfits, twists, and spooky Halloween vibes simply can’t be beat.
