And as for her top holiday gifting tip? “I start the holiday gift hunt for friends and family as early as possible, so I can gift thoughtfully and avoid the panic of the last-minute purchase,” says Ayres. “If I see something that instantly reminds me of a friend’s style or creative interests, it usually makes a great gift pick for them! I try to shop for pieces that are in line with my recipients’ signature look — but a little more head-turning — because those are often the pieces they love, but haven’t already bought for themselves.”
