BioA London-based, (late) twenty-something, life-loving Yogi. That's me. I think. I definitely haven’t got it all figured out just yet, but I’m finally okay with that… Life’s about the journey, not the destination, and I don’t think we ever really have it figured out until it’s over! My philosophy is to not take myself or life too seriously, to follow my heart and my instincts, and to somehow help others to live a happier life. I’ve tried a lot of different things over the years (being one quarter of a cheesy girl band and playing the London O2 arena could win best memory award) - some I've stuck with and some I've left behind, and most of the time I've had no clue whether it was all part of the bigger plan. But in the words of Steve Jobbs: ‘You can’t connect the dots looking forward, you can only connect them looking backwards.’ So I’m just going to enjoy each dot as it comes and aim for a masterpiece!
I'm currently teaching Ballet Barre, Yoga and dance-based fitness all over London, I've joined the saturated world of blogging, and I’m also on a two year diploma in South West London training to be a Holistic Life Coach. And, I'm finally putting my English degree to good use by writing for Elite Daily. My mother will be pleased. Follow my social media for more info or please feel free to drop me an email – I’d love to hear from you! Only nice things obviously.
Peace and love x
