It is sad to think “No Scrubs” taught some of us nothing at all.
Badass 10K trainee Lindsey Swift was out for a run with her boyfriend when apparently someone (read: scrub) passing in a white van leaned out of a window and teased her about her weight.
Rather than let this person's words simmer in her brain like some sort of toxic assh*le stew, she posted an open letter to the passerby on her Facebook.

At one point, the 26-year-old displayed her biting wit, writing,
If my fat arse running (quite slowly I might add, I was bloody shattered) offends you and spoils your journey, try driving with your eyes closed, into a lamp post.
